Justin Sieker was a Manager in the Restructuring Practice in a large accounting firm before joining LP2. His experience has included assisting in the daily operations of various debtor Chief Restructuring Officer engagements, taking on financial controller duties for various engagements through the bankruptcy process, bankruptcy support and preparation for chapter 11 filings, financial modeling and projecting, cash flow initiatives and due diligence on the sale of a manufacturing company.
Prior to joining the large accounting firm, Justin worked at a publicly traded company backed by a family office that acquired distressed businesses, for a management consulting firm, and at a growing manufacturing business to assist in selling the company.
Justin is a native of Denver, CO and currently resides in Dallas, TX. He received his BBA from Baylor University, and his MBA from Southern Methodist University.
