LP2 seeks to invest funds into special situation investments and opportunities that are focused around restructuring and turnaround initiatives. We seek to invest in smaller companies with investing capital of up to $2 million per opportunity and in either equity or secured debt positions. Primary focus is on operational turnarounds, bankruptcy reorganizations, debt purchases and out-of-court restructurings for companies in the construction/infrastructure, hospitality, technology, manufacturing, distribution and oil field services industries. Investment Opportunity Criteria is up to $2 million in EBITDA and below, including select negative EBITDA situations.
